FOUNDER'S NOTE

Why this, why now.

I started Cat1 thinking we'd serve federal contracts—coming out of military intelligence, that felt like the natural lane. The market said otherwise. Commercial buyers wanted production agents faster than the public sector could write the RFPs.

So we pivoted. Today Cat1 is a focused delivery team for medium-and-large businesses—and increasingly, for the MSPs serving them—building agents on Azure AI Foundry and AWS Bedrock with the operating discipline a regulated industry expects.
